What to choose from...

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation is the practice of open and kind attention. Through various guided practices you'll be invited to witness what you're experiencing by connecting to your senses in the present moment, without judgement or criticism. You'll learn the skills of simply noticing what you notice, then bringing kind attention to the witnessing of that experience. You'll also learn to cultivate a greater sense of stillness within, ultimately inviting in a greater sense of inner calm and personal well-being.

Personal Coaching

I offer a compassionate and supportive space for personal coaching, guiding you through one-on-one mentoring sessions designed to foster healing and self-discovery. Together, we’ll explore deep-seated patterns, behaviors, thoughts, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck in repetitive cycles. Through this process, you’ll gain clarity, break free from limitations, and unlock your fullest potential. Drawing on my expertise as a meditation and yoga teacher, I integrate mindfulness, movement, journaling, and self-awareness practices to support your journey toward personal transformation and alignment with your heart’s deepest desires.

Reiki

Reiki is a powerful energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and alleviates inflammation within the body, fostering a deep sense of calm and inner peace. During your session, which can be booked for 30, 60, or 90 minutes, you’ll receive personalized one-on-one coaching and a Q&A before experiencing the healing effects of Reiki. As you lie comfortably face-up on a massage table, I will gently guide the flow of energy to restore balance and harmony within your body. This holistic practice encourages healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels, leaving you feeling refreshed, aligned, and deeply restored.

Yoga

Yoga provides an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through mindful movement (asana), breath awareness (pranayama), and spiritual awakening. I offer a variety of yoga styles for all levels, primarily vinyasa-based flow, rooted in the Raja and Hatha traditions, as well as chair yoga, office yoga, kids yoga, restorative yoga, core power flow, yoga nidra, and yoga-lates. Each session can be customized to your needs or tailored to a specific theme for you or your group.

Retreats

Retreats provide a unique opportunity to deepen your practice of mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and more. They can be designed as half-day, full-day, weekend, or week-long experiences, tailored to meet your needs. Throughout the retreat, you’ll cultivate a deeper connection with yourself, nature, and the greater whole. Activities may include meditation, yoga, journaling, and other mindful practices, all while enjoying nourishing, healthy meals. To conclude the experience, a celebratory mindful wine tasting experience can be included as a special closing tribute to the gathering.

​A mindful wine tasting offers a unique opportunity to slow down, awaken your senses, and fully savor the richness of each sip. In this immersive experience, you’ll be guided to explore wine like never before—engaging sight, smell, taste, and touch to deepen your appreciation. With each pour, you’ll be invited to notice the subtle aromas, flavors, and textures, cultivating a greater connection to the present moment. Whether sampling exquisite wines from around the world or indulging in selections from the heart of Napa Valley, this tasting is a journey of discovery, presence, and pure enjoyment.
